Pros: Clean, new sleeve.

Cons: Only the sleeve.

"Read carefully before you purchase. I was under the impression that it was a buckle and sleeve, like what you would find on Quadratec. It is not, it is just the sleeve. It was shipped quickly and was in good condition, but it is not a sleeve with replacement buckle."
