How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Multiple Times a Year
"Ordered this for my 2012 Dodge Ram and they sent me brush guards for a Chev. Truck. Talked to customer service two times and couldn't get It in their head that is not what I ordered it was the center piece. Finally got a return number and then had to send back at my expense which with the way they wanted it boxed up and shipping cost me $55.00. Seems to me they should have to pay shipping. I don't have a Chev. Truck and description is deceiving any way. Will not order from them again, no problems in past but it is hard to talk to someone that can't understand or speak good English."

"the above picture of the item and such, is not the same one I got when I ordered!! there was only one price $220. I wanted the grill guard and the only item number was brush guard. You need to double check you displayed item."

"I bought this and installed on my 1997 Toyota Tacoma. It is good qaulity for the price. Easy to install and looks great! I did have to bend one of the welded on tabs to get a better fit, but nothing major. Only problem...During shipping I guess FedEx dropped the box and it smashed some of the chrome plate caps that install over the mounting bolts. No fault of Go Industries."
